Association dues are assessed monthly. Each unit’s amount is individually calculated based on its allocated share of the association — the same formula applied consistently to every owner. Unlike a bill that arrives and must simply be trusted, this system makes the calculation rule available to every member to verify for themselves. Statements are available through the AAM member portal at goenumerate.com.

Egress roof repairs were discussed at the April 21 Annual Meeting. The Governance Council is evaluating scope and contractor options. This affects common area structures and will require member input on cost allocation. Updates will be posted here as the project advances.
